Exposing Hillary So She Won't Get Elected

Clinton Aide Abedin Likely Indictable on State Department Pledge

Will someone please indict this woman and get this over with? Long-time Clinton aide Huma Abedin violated the standard exit pledge on classified material and U.S. government records everyone who works for the State Department must sign. Any other person who did that would be headed to court. Will Huma skate free under Hillary’s influence?

Here’s how the law seemingly does not apply to those in Clinton’s inner circle.

Abedin signed a legally-binding document stating she had returned all work-related documents back to the State Department as she left office, despite the fact that some of her emails did not make it back to the government’s hands until years later.

The Daily Caller on Friday received a copy of the “separation statement” — formally known as an OF-109 form — as result of a lawsuit filed under the Freedom of Information Act. The State Department and Castle Clinton had previously refused to acknowledge the form, much less provide it willingly.

Even as Clinton bragged about her transparency to Rachel Maddow, but whatever.

As part of the agreement, Abedin promised to “have surrendered to responsible officials all classified or administratively controlled documents and material with which I was charged or which I had in my possession.” She also pledged to have given up all documents “containing classified or administratively controlled information” given during the course of her work, as well as “all unclassified documents, and papers relating to the official business of the government acquired” while in office.

Despite her signature on the form, however, Abedin’s messages from that private email server were not handed over to the government until years after she left office in 2013. That is a violation of national security law and regulation, straight up and simple.

In signing the form, Abedin also acknowledged that she could be subject to “criminal penalties” for lying on the document. We’ll see.

In addition to Abedin’s form, the Daily Caller also revealed an OF-109 form for Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s former chief of staff. However, Mills did not appear to have signed the form. Wonder why not?

Earlier this year, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters that the department did “not have any record” of Clinton herself signing a document. Wonder why not?
