Exposing Hillary So She Won't Get Elected

After Lying About It, Hillary was Involved in Huma’s Fake Jobs at State

Oh Hillary, you got caught in another “gaffe” or maybe it was a “fib.” Or just plain lying. Again, huh?

So, quick recap: Hillary was Secretary of State. Huma Abedin was her main aide, but somehow did not make enough money that way, so Huma got set up with a side job at the Clinton Foundation and another side job at the private firm, Teneo, which was co-founded by a former aide to President Clinton.

Normal people are not allowed to hold such conflicting, overlapping jobs when they work for the government, especially in sensitive positions where they can influence world events to the benefit of their outside employers.

But Hillary’s people are not normal people, and so Huma Abedin was designated as a “special government employee” which, in Clinton’s universe, meant she could legally hold all three jobs.

That sounded a bit sleazy. In an interview earlier this month, after Donald Trump attacked Abedin’s situation, NBC’s Andrea Mitchell asked Clinton whether it was fair to question Abedin’s taking a salary from both the State Department and Teneo:

“Do you think he had a point in raising the question of whether it was appropriate for her to be taking a State Department salary and also be paid by an outside company closely associated with your husband and by you?” Mitchell asked.

“Well, you know, I was not directly involved in that,” Clinton replied. “But everything that she did was approved, under the rules, as they existed, by the State Department.”

SPOILER: Hillary was directly involved. In fact, she was the one who “approved” it all on behalf of the State Department.

The New York Times reports “Hillary Rodham Clinton was directly involved in arranging a new government position for a top aide that allowed the aide to begin working for a private consulting firm while remaining at the State Department, according to documents released on Thursday.”

The documents, released by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, show that Clinton personally signed forms establishing a new title and position for the aide, Huma Abedin, in March 2012. The forms were part of a broader process in which Abedin, then Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, was transitioning to a role as a “special government employee,” which allowed her to collect salaries from the State Department, the Clinton Foundation and Teneo.
