Exposing Hillary So She Won't Get Elected

A Quick History of Hillary Clinton’s Email Excuses (To Be Continued…)

As the Clinton email situation continues to metastasize, it is worth a quick review of her excuses to date. As they say, those that don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it…

There was no classified material on her server.

Nope. In Clinton’s case the Inspectors General (IG) for the State Department and the intelligence community (IC) issued a statement that said “The IC IG found four emails containing classified IC-derived information in a limited sample of 40 emails of the 30,000 emails provided by former Secretary Clinton. The four emails, which have not been released through the State FOIA process, did not contain classification markings and/or dissemination controls. These emails were not retroactively classified by the State Department; rather these emails contained classified information when they were generated and, according to IC classification officials, that information remains classified today. This classified information should never have been transmitted via an unclassified personal system.

She turned over everything she had.

Well, no, about 15 emails between Clinton and pseudo-advisor Sidney Blumenthal on Libya were not given to the State Department.

She never got a subpoena from Congress.
Yes she did.

She ran her email server only for the convenience of using one device.

Nope. Clinton used multiple devices, including a Blackberry, an iPad and a desktop.

She followed all the rules.

She did not. It is a violation of national security law and regulation to maintain classified information on an unclassified system.

Failure to return classified material to the government immediately upon leaving government service is a criminal act. If Clinton had classified on her server, she is in violation of this law.

The best information available says that is what Clinton did, and continues to do, to this day.
