President Trump Has Quick Response to North Korea Launching Another Missile

North Korea’s latest missile launch prompted President Trump to ask if the nation’s leader, Kim Jong Un, had “anything better to do with his life.”

The president angrily reacted on Twitter after North Korea launched the ballistic missile on Tuesday morning, wondering if China would finally put some pressure on the rogue nation to “end this nonsense once and for all!”

Officials in South Korea and Japan confirmed the missile launch which allegedly landed in the Sea of Japan, Fox News reported.

The president discussed the North Korean nuclear threat with South Korean president Moon Jae-in at the White House last week.

Trump has grown increasingly frustrated with the nation’s ongoing missile tests, and has urged China to partner with the U.S. in reigning in North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. As North Korea’s main economic partner, China has resisted stronger measures though it did agree to sanctions against Pyongyang in light of its nuclear and missile programs.

Chinese President Xi Jinping will be meeting with Trump this week at the G-20 summit in Germany where the two leaders will hold a bilateral meeting, according to Fox News. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is also expected to be at the summit, spoke with Trump as well and reaffirmed his nation’s commitment to partner with the U.S. in dealing with North Korea.
