Ivanka Watches as Public Loses Their Minds When Jared Kushner Finally Speaks, The Reason….

The notoriously silent man at the center of several Trump administration controversies has finally spoken – and people can’t stop reacting to it.

Jared Kushner, son-in-law to President Trump and top White House advisor, spoke in front of technology CEO’s while addressing the government’s IT infrastructure.

PayPal founder Peter Thiel, Apple’s Tim Cook and IBM’s Ginny Rometty were a few of the bigwigs in the audience, along with Kushner’s wife, Ivanka Trump, the Daily Mail reported.

The usually quiet Kushner read from a script and said that he had expected the government sector to be resistant to change, but has found the opposite to be true.

“Today we’ve assembled a very impressive group of leaders from the private sector and are putting them to work here today to work on some of the country’s biggest challenges that will make a very meaningful difference to a lot of its citizens,” Kushner told the American Technology Council at the White House on Monday.

“Together we have set ambitious goals and empowered inter-agency teams to tackle our objectives,” Kushner continued. “It’s working and it’s very exciting.”

That’s a good thing, as Kushner who is helping lead the White House Office of American Innovation pointed out the severely outdated technology the public sector still uses including floppy disks, and data systems that have been in use for over 50 years.

“Together we will unleash the creativity of the private sector to provide citizen services in a way that has never happened before,” Kushner said.

“We will foster a new set of start-ups focused on gov tech and be a leader in the field making government more transparent and responsive to citizens’ needs,” he added.

Kushner praised Veterans Affairs for updating its records to an electronic system before President Trump addressed the crowd later in the afternoon.

“We’re embracing big change, bold thinking, and outsider perspectives to transform government and make it the way it should be.”

“And at far less cost,” President Trump said.

While Kushner did not touch on anything controversial, Twittter had a field day with his tone of voice.

Sadly, many people missed what he had to say:
