Reporters Assume Priebus’ Early Return from Trump Means Trump Put Him in Time Out

As we all know, it doesn’t take a lot for someone to lose rational thought when it comes to Trump.

President Donald Trump has taken his first overseas trip and New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman used social media to suggest that White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus is returning to Washington early.

“Priebus is said to be leaving the traveling White House caravan early, returning this week instead of staying the full foreign trip,” Haberman tweeted.

In a follow-up tweet, Haberman commented on how “crowded” Air Force One is on the trip, saying “one other” person will be joining Priebus in leaving early.

Quick to respond was Jennifer Rubin, a columnist with The Washington Post.

Naturally, Rubin infers guilt on President Trump:

Among rumors that Trump is frustrated with Priebus for how he manages White House staff, the media is eager to note any disarray within the administration.

it is unclear if Priebus actually left early or not.
