‘The Five’ Set Gets Heated When Meghan McCain Goes at It with Juan Williams Over AHCA

Meghan McCain shut down Fox News’ resident liberal, Juan Williams, during a heated argument over the repeal of Obamacare on “The Five.”

Co-hosts Kimberly Guilfoyle, Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld commended President Trump and Congress for passing the American Health Care Act, the House healthcare bill that will start the process of repealing and replacing Obamacare.

But William said the legislation was “a fraud.” He launched the first strike, suggesting his co-hosts on The Five need help if they believe the AHCA was a victory for Trump.

“I hope it covers mental illness because we’re seeing a lot of it at the table tonight,” Williams quipped. Williams trashed Trump, saying he pressured Republicans to pass the bill because he was “desperate for something that he can call a victory.”

“How dare you!” McCain said. “I want you to go to Arizona and say this. I want Juan to go to Arizona and talk to people I know who are paying more than their mortgage for Obamacare premiums. It’s a disaster!”

McCain said that Democrats like Juan Williams are “freaking out” about the new House healthcare bill because they know it is the end of Obamacare, even though they claim it won’t dismantle it.

“Why are you freaking out so much if nothing happened?” McCain asked Williams. “If this isn’t a big deal, why are you freaking out? You’re freaking out! And Democrats are freaking out because we know it’s a victory!”

“This is a lie!” Williams yelled back. At that point, Greg Gutfeld stepped in to bring the fiery debate down several notches. “Everybody, deep breath!” Gutfeld joked. “Everyone think of a green pasture and frolicking little goats.”

Kimberly Guilfoyle chimed in: “Let me tell you something: Don’t mess with McCain.”
