Woman Reaches Inside Walmart Purse – Discovers Chilling Note Inside

An Arizona woman who took a trip to her local Walmart got a surprise when she looked inside one of her latest purchases.

According to KTVK, the woman, who has not been publicly identified, bought herself a new purse at the Sierra Vista Walmart.

When she began inspecting her bag, she found a piece of paper tucked inside. It was a note, scribbled on a torn piece of paper.

The woman could not understand the message – it was written completely in Chinese.

but curiosity got the best of her, and she went on a mission to get the message translated.

According to KTVK, the woman had the note translated three times, and each translation revealed the same message.

The was allegedly from a prisoner in China, and they were in desperate need of help.

The unknown writer claimed that they were forced to work 14 hours a day without much food and had little access to medical attention.

Unable to escape the “abusive conditions,” he or she wrote the note as a call for help.

This is not the first time notes have been found in mass-produced items made overseas.

According to Huffington Post, an Oregon mother named Julie Keith discovered a similar message from a Chinese prisoner inside Halloween decorations she bought from Kmart. The note read:

“Sir: If you occasionally buy this product, please kindly resend this letter to the World Human Right Organization,” the note read. “Thousands people here who are under the persicution of the Chinese Communist Party Government will thank and remember you forever [sic].”

In that case, the note proved to he an authentic message from a 47-year-old former prison inmate at the Masanjia camp.

The man, simply identified as Zhang, said that he slipped over 20 letters in various products in order to reach somebody on the outside, says Huffington Post.

The recent letter found inside the Walmart purse has not been authenticated yet, but the woman who discovered it hopes that sharing the note will lead to something positive.
