The last few weeks have been a blur of untangling of person after person from the Obama White House who were responsible for leaks, and wiretaps an declassifications of documents and all sorts of other illegal activities. Somehow, though, these Obama officials just keep spouting about the law as if that automatically means everyone followed the law to the letter.
Nothing could be further from the truth, as is evidenced in part by last month’s interview with Susan Rice, Obama’s former National Security Advisor who was discovered to have unmasked the identities of US citizens illegally being surveilled.
“I know nothing about this, I was surprised to see reports from Chairman Nunes on that count today.”
“So, today, I really don’t know to what Chairman Nunes was referring, but he said that whatever he was referring to was a legal, lawful surveillance, and that it was potentially incidental collection on American citizens,” added Rice.
