‘Cash Me Outside Girl’ Seen in Shocking Video – Now the Police Are Getting Involved

In September of 2016, Danielle Bregoli and her mother Barbara appeared on “The Dr. Phil Show” in an attempt to solve the problems in their relationship.

Instead, the 13-year-old Bregoli threatened audience members to “cash me outside” and because of that she was thrown into social media fame.

While that internet fame is quickly becoming something more long-term as she recently got her own TV show deal, TMZ reports that the teen and her mother might have to overcome a serious legal issue first – due to a video showing a very heated altercation between the two of them:

Via IJR:

The video — which first came to public attention in late March — is said to be several years old and appears to show Barbara Bregoli “pinning her then 11-year-old daughter down, striking her multiple times and calling her a bitch.”

It seems that the footage of the altercation did more than just increase the girl’s social media fame though.

Florida police have said that they are now investigating the incident, and that “it would seem Children Services will be involved soon.”

According to the young Bregoli, though, the incident has been blown entirely out of proportion.

As the 13-year-old told TMZ shortly after the video was released, the footage was made to seem much more serious by her “ex-best friend” who filmed the encounter:

“Me and my mother are not fighting on the floor. We are play fighting. My ex-best friend took it to a whole other level. It wasn’t what it was at all.

We were play fighting on the floor and I hit her too hard and she kind of pushed me on the floor. That’s all that happened.”

The colorful Bregoli added:

“People need to take their head out of sh*t they shouldn’t have their head in.

My mother is not abusive, she doesn’t abuse me. I love my mother.”

According to reports, the police had to receive a specific complaint about the video before they could launch an investigation.

While Bregoli’s father Ira Peskowitz is reportedly a respected police officer in Palm Beach, Florida, it remains unclear what prompted law enforcement to investigate the video.
